Konker is recruiting for a RIBA Architect to join an architectural and surveying practice based in Rochdale.

Due to a recent buyout, this RIBA practice of 18 is seeking a Project Architect who will be responsible for running and managing the Rochdale office.

Within Yorkshire is their Head office where they employ 15 professionals.
In the Rochdale office now are Part 1 & Part 2 Architectural Assistants who you will provide mentorship to. This will be alongside the MD of the company who will also assist.

On a day-day basis, you will be running the Rochdale office, managing the design and construction of projects along with overseeing workload distribution too.

This practice of 18 works on a mixture of projects from small-scale residential up to large commercial and residential projects.

They provide a range of services including architectural, project management, and building surveying. The successful RIBA Architectwill be able to work in all different sectors, varying in value and complexity.
