Job Title:
Store Sales Assistant


Location:
Manchester

, Onsite

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible schedule


Experience Level:
Sales background preferred


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations
  • Promote and sell products to meet individual and store sales targets
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with excellent problemsolving skills
  • Ensure stock replenishment and maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Contribute to the implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Participate in store meetings, trainings, and promotional events

Requirements:


  • Previous sales background or experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customeroriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced retail environment
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Eligibility to work onsite in Manchester
