Ashfield currently has the pleasure of working with Urgo to recruit a Healthcare Partnership Manager covering The South West of England.

The role of the Healthcare Partnership Manager within this is to createand develop market access; establish and promote relationships with key opinion leads and decision makers within NHS organisations; promote, sell and expand the growth and uptake of Urgo Medical advanced wound care and compression range within the geographicalarea of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new and renewal business opportunities within the region including utilising available data to enable highly effective planning and targeting of business opportunities
- Achievement of new formulary listings and retention of existing formulary listings
- Achievement of annual market access target and key focus brands
- Achieve optimised formulary positioning
- Support achievement of regional sales targets through new market access
- Achievement of agreed KPIs
- Establishing and implementing pathways of care and market tools to support Urgo Medical advanced wound care and compression range
- Build and support Implementation Plans and review at regular intervals
- Build positive customer relationships in order for Urgo to be seen as the 'Partner of Choice.'
- Deliver demonstrable outcomes of partnership working
- Project management and delivery
- Utilise SPIN Selling Skills and up to date Marketing messages and materials
- To have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the Company products, policies and objectives.
- To provide customers with relevant clinical and product knowledge through effective presentation and listening skills.
- To organise and manage customer meetings and share effectively with matrix team, goals and outcomes of meeting/account.
- To participate in Market Access, Regional and National Sales Meetings as an opportunity to share Best Practice
- Degree level or equivalent or ability to demonstrate appropriate and applicable career experience
- Ability to create and influence new business opportunities
- Excellent customer and account management
- Ability to interpret and analyse sales data
- NHS Knowledge including key policy drivers and organisational structure
- Ability to utilise NHS Knowledge (including key policy drivers and organisational structure) to continuously update and share within matrix team on the environment whilst aligning Urgo Medical as a partner of choice.
- Excellent selling skills including influencing, negotiation and gaining commitment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- IT literate including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Planning and organisation skills
- Knowledge of the wound care market is desirable though not essential
