SF Recruitment have recently partnered with an Academy. They require HR administration support for one of their Schools in the Dudley area.

This is a fast paced role so they require someone with previous HR experience and ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified.

This role is initially temporary with a view to becoming permanent.

Pay rate:
£ £13.00 per hour (permanent salary £23,000 - £25,000)


Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 15:30 on Fridays - this role is site based 5 days per week.

Role

  • First point of contact for staff regarding all HR matters,
  • Fully conversant and uptodate with all aspects of employment law and HR best practice
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, including onboarding, reference checks, DBS checks
  • A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience of working within a busy HR Administration role producing letters and documentation to a high standard
  • Experience of prioritising workload, time management and dealing with conflicting priorities
Required

  • General education to minimum level 3 or equivalent to include Maths and English at GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent (or currently completing an equivalent qualification) or HR hands on experience
