We are currently recruiting for an M&A Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in general commercial transactions.

This role would lead our growth and presence in the commercial market, working closely with our well-established accountancy, legal, and commercial finance recruitment teams, and excellent client network.

The role would have full autonomy to develop client relationships and identify suitable sale and acquisition opportunities, under the guidance of the Head of M&A.

You would also be vital to the deal process, guiding the transaction and offering sound expertise to both parties throughout the entire process.

Requirements:

Proven experience within mergers and acquisitions; or
A Commercial/Corporate Lawyer who would be keen to transition; or
Have a banking or Corporate Finance background.
