Position:
Service Delivery Coordinator

Permanent


Location:
Cannock area, Staffordshire

Hours: 40 hours per week (8am - 5pm)


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Forward plan the work of the Field service engineering team
  • Managing live jobs, and dealing with emergency calls and breakdowns
  • Provide an excellent level of Customer Service
  • Ensure effective management of communications between external customers and service engineers, liaising with customers and engineers on daily basis
  • Booking and planning of jobs
  • Liaising with the service chain
  • Produce reports as necessary for customers
  • Produce reports and achieve KPIs
  • Identifying opportunities to develop customer relationships
  • Other miscellaneous administration duties, as required by the team
  • Essential good standard of education, especially in numeracy, written skills, and verbal reasoning
  • High level of knowledge of IT packages, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel

- some experience in scheduling, especially in a light engineering environment

  • More than 12 months experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent administration and planning skills

  • Professional attitude, with good timekeeping skills and the ability to plan and manage own workload
