Service Delivery Coordinator
Permanent
Location:
Cannock area, Staffordshire
Hours: 40 hours per week (8am - 5pm)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Forward plan the work of the Field service engineering team
- Managing live jobs, and dealing with emergency calls and breakdowns
- Provide an excellent level of Customer Service
- Ensure effective management of communications between external customers and service engineers, liaising with customers and engineers on daily basis
- Booking and planning of jobs
- Liaising with the service chain
- Produce reports as necessary for customers
- Produce reports and achieve KPIs
- Identifying opportunities to develop customer relationships
- Other miscellaneous administration duties, as required by the team
- Essential good standard of education, especially in numeracy, written skills, and verbal reasoning
- High level of knowledge of IT packages, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft AX database

- More than 12 months experience in a relevant field
- Excellent administration and planning skills
- Excellent peopleskills
- Confident communicator with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders
- Problemsolving mindset; keen eye for detail; ability to achieve excellent results
- Professional attitude, with good timekeeping skills and the ability to plan and manage own workload
