Job Duties:

Customer Service, including:

  • Use of our own database to update customer details
  • Close and open shop files on all databases as and when necessary
  • Liaise with Hardware regarding till collections
  • When there is a change of owner in a shop, liaise with all necessary departments and make sure all databases and paperwork are up to date
  • Answering customer service calls from customers, solving problems where possible
  • Entering promotions onto system, monitoring deadlines
  • Making additions and alterations to customers' own promotions
  • Maintaining customer database
  • Monitoring and purchase of stationery, general and postage supplies, keeping records, filing,
  • Using the database to enter daily shipments of equipment
  • Log and monitor charges for daily shipments
  • Manage till disablements
  • Liaise with partner companies with regards to referrals
  • Communicate with wholesaler representatives regarding mutual customers
  • Take payments over the telephone
  • Using our direct debit system to set up/alter customer direct debits

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF:


  • You have strong educational qualifications
  • You have demonstrable organisational skills, including time management, prioritisation of tasks and selfmotivation
  • You have a proven track record in customer service and administration
  • You are a confident and clear communicator
  • You have a strong work ethic, requiring a high standard of self, an ability to be flexible in order to get the job done and well as work under pressure when deadlines approach.
  • You have the ability to multitask
  • You have attention to detail and team values
