    Early Years Teaching Assistant

    We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to work in Primary Education, supporting young children as they thrive in their early years. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference in children's lives.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons for early years pupils.
    • Assist in the planning and organisation of activities that promote learning through play.
    • Provide 1:1 and small group support to children, ensuring they develop key skills in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
    • Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
    • Monitor and track children's progress, sharing observations with the teacher.
    • Assist with classroom management, encouraging positive behaviour and supporting children's social and emotional development.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is desirable.
    • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent.
    • A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
    • A passion for supporting young children's development and learning.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

    Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
