Sagittarius is a small family run business, 2020 marked 30 years in the trade. We are import distributors of brassware, with over 500 active customers. The position is within a busy office, with 5 colleagues who are part of our sales and management team.

We're looking for
Internal Sales Coordinator
If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for. The position would suit someone wanting to work 35 hours per week, over 4 and half days. Used to working in a small informal team, for a family run business.
The Role:
You will be primarily responsible for the customer liaison duties associated with the role
Key tasks include:
- Inputting Sales Orders
- Dealing with sales order queries
- Managing stock control on special orders
- Communicating with clients as required
- Updating and looking after a back order system
- Ad hoc duties as required
You will need:
- Excellent eye for detail
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Bringing enthusiasm and drive to the workplace
- Good IT skills as the role will include use of company specific systems and MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
