The Role:


We have recently acquired a brilliant opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a highly regarded premium client of ours at their state of the art Service Centre in Ascot.


In this position of a Service Advisor, you will take on a pivotal role to ensure the smooth running of the aftersales department and ensure you are maintaining the customer service standards of the business.


The ideal Service Advisor would have notable experience within an aftersales or front of house position within motor trade knowledge.


Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, issues, and requests related to their post-purchase experience.

Provide customers with accurate cost estimates for recommended services and repairs, including labour, parts, and any additional charges.

Coordinate vehicle service appointments, ensuring efficient use of the service department's resources and timely turnaround.

Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or accessories to customers, increasing revenue for the dealership.


The Package:

£25,000 to £28,000 Basic Salary + £38,000 OTE

Monday to Friday [8:00 - 18:00] + 1 Hour Lunch + Rota'd Saturdays [1 in 4]

Company car available after probationary period
