A Manchester-based Legal 500 firm are looking to add to their thriving Travel department with the addition of a solicitor with experience in claims involving personal injury, medical negligence, abuse, civil liberties, inquests, criminal injuries, andinternational travel.

The firm is looking for a solicitor experienced in running a varied fast-track and multi-track personal injury caseload, including cross border injury claims.


In this role your main responsibilities will include:

  • Running your caseload of accidents and illnesses with foreign and cross-jurisdictional elements
  • Ensure that cases are progressed effectively and efficiently
  • Provide a high level of service and client care
  • Actively engage in business development

As an individual you should:

  • Have experience and understanding of personal injury and travel litigation markets
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Have a high level of client care and business acumen
  • The ability to maintain and build working business relationships
