Join our Facilities Department as a Painter & Decorator and work alongside our Lead Engineer and Engineering Manager to bring your artistic vision to life At Leonardo, we value excellence and attention to detail, so you'll be expected to deliver top-notch results that meet our high standards while adhering to our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that all standards of customer satisfaction are met or exceeded

To provide a decrating plan for painting across the estate
***:
-
Carry out tiling and grouting works where applicable
***:
-
Flexible approach to weekend and out of hours working
***:
-
Check for new jobs on a regular basis and ensure completion on time. (I-Pad)

To work within the laid down security procedures when transporting items between location and receiving goods into the building
***:
-
To communicate with colleagues and customers at all levels on a daily basis in a polite manner
***:
-
To provide support to the M&E team as required to transport any items in a safe manner
***:
-
To Assist the day cleaners on removing waste from around the building if required
***:
-
To assist with contractor control inc escorting

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
******:
-
Experienced Painter & Decorator within a manufacturing environment
***:
-
Be physically fit and capable of handling a wide variety of items on a daily basis
***:
-
Be able to respond to many requests and at times work under pressure to ensure customers requirements are met
***:
-
Be able to communicate with all levels of staff in a polite and efficient manner
***
