An experienced motor trade Used Car Sales Manager is required for a Used Car Supermarket in the West Midlands.

The successful candidate must have a background in the motor industry as a Sales Manager or Sales Controller with Used Car experience ,with theability to make an immediate and sustainable impact as well as recruit, train and motivate a very professional sales team.

The candidate should be a process driven, dynamic individual who is able to lead and motivate from the front. Key responsibilities includemaintaining sales turnover, profitability, performance against target, customer satisfaction and retention.

This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding candidate with the drive to succeed, to join a group that rewards hard-work and dedication.

The basic salary on offer is circa £35000 and the OTE is £70000, plus company car, pension and many other group benefits.
