Middleton Hall have a fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our hospitality team.

Responsible for the development and supervision of Middleton Hall's front of house services - inclusive of our Orangery café, Restaurant, Farm shop and Hosting in the care services, you will supervise a small team of Co-owners (our employees) supporting bespoke events and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This opportunity is permanent, full time x 40 hours per week working 5 shifts per week on a rota basis (including weekends and public holidays)

In this role you will:

Achieve dayday activities, overseeing the customer dining experience, ensuring an exemplary customer experience
Ensure produce, equipment, facilities and décor are of the highest standard.
Manage, develop and lead a small team of coowners
Work closely with the kitchen team to plan and successfully deliver bespoke key events
Liaise with suppliers, ordering stock and managing produce and point of sale items
Work alongside the Hospitality Manager, planning rotas and ensuring hygiene, health & safety across all designated areas
Operate all relevant front of house equipment.
Complete a variety of general administrative duties
Become familiar with all Middleton Hall care & support services

You will be highly professional and self-motivated with an impeccable approach to ensuring an exemplary customer experience for all who dine at Middleton Hall.
