Middleton Hall have a fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our hospitality team.


Responsible for the development and supervision of Middleton Hall's front of house services - inclusive of our Orangery café, Restaurant, Farm shop and Hosting in the care services, you will supervise a small team of Co-owners (our employees) supporting bespoke events and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This opportunity is permanent, full time x 40 hours per week working 5 shifts per week on a rota basis (including weekends and public holidays)


In this role you will:

  • Achieve dayday activities, overseeing the customer dining experience, ensuring an exemplary customer experience
  • Ensure produce, equipment, facilities and décor are of the highest standard.
  • Manage, develop and lead a small team of coowners
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to plan and successfully deliver bespoke key events
  • Liaise with suppliers, ordering stock and managing produce and point of sale items
  • Work alongside the Hospitality Manager, planning rotas and ensuring hygiene, health & safety across all designated areas
  • Operate all relevant front of house equipment.
  • Complete a variety of general administrative duties
  • Become familiar with all Middleton Hall care & support services


You will be highly professional and self-motivated with an impeccable approach to ensuring an exemplary customer experience for all who dine at Middleton Hall.
