About the team:
What you will be doing:
You will be a critical member of the RADAR Finance Project team.
You will be a primary liaison to key stakeholders within Finance and manage many aspects of our relationship with your stakeholder group.
You will manage aspects of multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle including intake and requirements, prioritization, development, testing, training, release, and post-production support.
You may own some projects end-to-end or coordinate on aspects of a larger initiative with other analysts and project managers.
You will have an opportunity to learn about many teams, systems, and processes within FIS and specifically Merchant Solutions through a variety of project engagements that span across functional areas and systems.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Experience in a Finance / Accounting team in a large corporate environment
- 5+ years of experience in project roles supporting Finance and Accounting related projects
- Strong data and analytic skills with large datasets and complex processes
- Ability to operate in a fastpaced environment
Added bonus if you have:
- Experience in Payments, Financial Services, or Settlement Operations
- Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau or similar tools
- Experience with SOX Compliance
- Experience with Agile development roles and processes
- CPA or other advanced Finance or Accounting Certification
