    Accommodation Adviser

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an Accommodation Adviser to provide tailored accommodation support to men in custody and under probation supervision, helping them reintegrate into a life outside the justice system.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Complete Initial Needs Assessments with clients, identifying their situation and support needs.
    • Work with clients to map out interventions and outcomes, encouraging active contribution towards goals.
    • Carry a fluctuating case load of service users with varying levels of needs, focusing on desistance and supporting individuals to achieve their full potential.

    Working Environment:

    The position will be based in Lincoln Probation, with travel expected across the National Probation Service Region in Lincolnshire.

    Person Specification:

    • Significant experience advocating for clients, with a track record of successful outcomes.
    • Ability to adapt complex information into practical plans and proactively manage caseloads.
    • Motivating and encouraging clients, with strong rapport-building and active listening skills.
