Ideal supply a range of catering services to education settings throughout Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.


Due to expansion and internal promotion, we are seeking to appoint a hardworking, committed and enthusiastic Cook Supervisor, to join our established team.

Based at our Gainsborough site, you will be responsible for all aspects of the catering function, from intake of goods, preparation, cooking, service, clearing down, overseeing junior staff, and associated record keeping.

The position is school term time only, for approximately 30 hours per week. An early start, 6-7am is essential.


We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment.

Your suitabilty to work with children and young people will form part of the selection process.

A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring check, a Children's Barred List check, and two satisfactory references will be required for this role.
