This boutique high end construction firm has gone through a huge expansion and the EA and MD are now actively looking for an experienced EA/OM to join the London team (30 in the London office).

You will provide varied support for these two time poor execs Lots of organising meetings and site visits and travel planning.

In addition you will support them across their personal lives and coordinate family travel/kids/holidays etc.

This is a five day role so not hybrid as clients often visit the team and so everyone comes in to the office.


A great role for someone with small company mentality who loves to build relationships and get fully immersed across all areas in their role.

As the CEO has never had an EA before you will really be pivotal in getting his busy life back on track so he can focus on continuing to grow their very successful business.

You will need to have a solid track record as a PA/OM or EA (circa 5 years experience working for CEO/MD) who is used to working as part of a small team and likes to muck in and take ownership, work in projects and generally find work There is a huge opportunity for this person to oversee other areas around the office management which is not labour intensive as they have an internal IT department and finance (at another office).

There will however be lots of client facing time as you are the first point of contact at the office and also the chance to develop the HR role (if it intersts you) as the CEO seems this as a role for someone to make their own.

A really exciting role, super friendly and dynamic team and lovely new offices. You must be someone that is a self motivated self-starter who doesn't need micro managing.

As the senior team are often out at site visits or travelling you will need to be happy to be sometimes left holding the fort in London.

As EA/OM you will need to also have good energy, a confident personality and excellent communication skills as well as strong IT skills.
