YRH Finance Teamare currently recruiting for an experienced
Employee Relations Manager (Remote in Farnborough) to join our team in the
Guildford, Hampshire.

Introduction

YRH Finance Team began in 2007 and we've been rapidly expanding ever since. We now have 100+ finance professionals and 130+ clients who we work with every week and month. Our purpose is to help SME business owners be more successful andfeel happier, and we do this by professionalising their accounting function; enabling them to access, and implement, accounting best practice and work with the best finance people - streamlining their accounting process and preparing and explaining financialinformation that positively impacts profit and cashflow.

The Role

Your job will be:


  • Assist with the endtoend resourcing process of finance managers, financial controllers, and central staff:
  • Headhunt and CV search
  • Sift CVs
  • Initial screening calls
  • Video Interviewing and accessing technical skills
  • Responsibility for resourcing suitable applicants for regional partners and other internal roles
  • Talent Pool ownership and management, to provide a comprehensive and fit for purpose talent pipeline.

Planning and reporting:


  • Weekly update calls with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Resourcing Team
  • Weekly catchup calls with Operations Director via central team meetings
  • Weekly reporting via Excel and ATS systems
  • Quarterly update reports on Talent Acquisition strategy metrics for engagement and culture

Engagement and Culture:


  • Develop and implement a communication and engagement strategy with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support the strategy plan to inform, promote, communicate, and continuously engage with the Customer and Client population, which will include the planningand delivery of;
  • Social media and digital communication
  • Feedback mechanics, forums, and focus groups
  • YRH Brand ambassador events
  • Monthly reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager on Marketing initiatives within the period
  • Support the implementation of new business rituals that support culture and growth, such as the Community Framework, Mentoring and monthly 1:1s.
  • Identifying and supporting upskilling requirements and training across the business in line with the business plan
  • Help promote and celebrate 'plus' groups including, LGBTQ+, Women in Property, Black History Month, etc.
  • Support a culture which supports staff retention and new talent acquisition.
  • Build a cultural social media calendar, posting regularly, and keeping talent pools on social media engaged and up to date.

Experience, Knowledge and qualifications

  • Recruitment or ER (Employee Relations) background
  • You will ideally be CIPD Level
  • Understanding of advertising channels and job boards, including LinkedIn, Reed, Indeed, social media
  • Interviewing against values and behaviours
  • Ideally have experience recruiting finance people (CV sift, screening calls and interviewing)
  • Experience using an ATS
  • Happy and able to travel nationally as required
  • Able to determine a person's fit for YRH
  • Very I.T. literate, and confident with Word, Excel, SharePoint; I.T. and MS365 generally
  • Comfortable setting clear expectations with applicants and internal teams
  • Able to "sell" YRH proposition
  • Experience developing social media channel and communications
  • Able to nurture / coach others
  • Passionate about people and culture
