The agency is based in the leafy suburb of Hessle (to the west of Hull) in a bespoke built 19th Century coach house close to the Humber Bridge.

Due to the location, there is easy transport access from a range of locations and local parking available.


We're looking for an experienced, forward-thinking, self-motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.


There is flexibility attached to this position, which is part-time requiring 2 days a week in the first instance.
You'll be responsible for assisting the Accountant with the day-to-day management and reconciliation of the sales and purchase ledger plus other duties as required to assist in the running of a busy office, to include:

  • Sales invoice generation within Synergist (our CMS system)
  • Client statement generation and chasing debtors
  • Banking and receipts
  • Processing supplier invoices and matching to purchase orders within Synergist
  • Processing and matching receipts for the company credit card
  • Petty cash receipts and reconciliation
  • Exporting sales invoices and purchase invoices to SAGE
  • Filing
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested by the Accountant or other team members.
We're looking for someone who is experienced with Excel spreadsheets and can adapt to using various software systems.
