Motor Trade Service Advisor required for Main Car Dealership in Slough

Full time, permanent role

Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm with alternate Saturdays 8:30am pm

Salary depending on experience, up to £26,000 Basic, OTE £34k

We're looking for someone with a passion for customer service, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment, and preferably with a background working within the Motor Industry in a car dealership.

The role involves greeting customers into the Service Department for Service / MOT of their vehicle, liaising between customers and the workshop, updating the customer in relation to any additional work required and arranging collection/ delivery of thecar.

This can be a very demanding environment, and will suit someone naturally positive and up-beat who is truly focused on making sure the customer receives the best service possible.
