Job Description What you'll Do**The team assistant will be the organisational lynchpin for the 'Aviation and Enterprise business units. You will provide support for the global team and perform a broad range of tasks to ensure a supportive administrative environment.


The right individual will have experience managing multiple priorities in an energetic and logical manner and will need organizational talents, combined with flexibility and tolerance for change.


The role will require a natural relationship builder, confident working under his/her own direction, who engages with internal and external parties in a pleasant and effective way.


The day-to-day

  • Understand the priorities and activities of the team and provide appropriate and timely administrative support
  • Organise regular team building events and support customer meeting logistics
  • Coordinate with facilities on London office space planning and management for Aviation and Enterprise team needs
  • Responsibility for administration of aviation department budget for local expenses, generate purchase orders and requests in a timely and organized manner
  • Arranging meetings and diary management
  • Booking travel for the team and processing expenses for managers
  • Preparation of written materials, PowerPoint presentations and draft correspondence
  • Adhoc logístical support liaise with IT, Telecoms etc. in the event of any issues
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Provide assistance to cover for other administrative assistants if required

Qualifications What you'll Need**- Experience supporting a team of geographically dispersed individuals

  • Excellent PC skills including Word, Powerpoint, all MS Office functions and basic database skills
  • Familiarity with Concur, Oracle, MS Teams, and Coupa (or similar business systems)
  • Capable of producing quality business presentations and written content
  • Highly organised and able to reprioritize workload as required to achieve new demands
  • Ability to establish and improve existing systems
  • Highly proactive, "cando" attitude
  • Confident to work with very little supervision and remote from the team
  • Clear communicator and proactive problem solver
  • Creativity, outofthebox thinking and ability to find new ways of doing things
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Additional Information
You must be eligible to work in this location advertised.

Role will require the successful applicant to be onsite a few days a week.
