What you'll do

We are looking for a Technology Transformation lead to join the Digital & IT Leadership team to lead the cultural transformation and operational governance of an end-to-end delivery function in Vodafone UK.

This is a key role to drive the success of a new organisation, driving a new culture, tight control, and a world-class internal & external communications strategy.

You will assist with the development of the Digital & IT strategy, plan and roadmap for the year; support the cascade and alignment of objectives and drive the completion of goals in line with our strategic plan.
You will drive the cultural engagement and change of Vodafone UK in line with Groupwide ambitions for Tech202
You will own and drive key Digital & IT Delivery initiatives including transformation plans to merge Digital & IT into one Team.
You will be regularly working closely across the UK & Group organisation to develop, implement and track KPI's to monitor progress, success and growth of our capability.
You will be responsible for buliding an engaged team and modern technology culture, with a clear comms strategy and initiatives to drive Spirit, happiness & satisfaction.

Who you are

You will showcase the ability to understand issues at both Operational and Strategic levels and to influence stakeholders to action.
You will demonstrate a high degree of proficiency with PowerPoint, word and excel.
You will preferably have exposure to matrix/stakeholder management, have a desire to learn, and a strong ambition to progress personally / professionally along with the evolution of the Delivery function.
You will demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
You will preferably have pervious technical delivery or programme experience.
