Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases.
  • Organise meetings and events.
  • Prepare reports and documents.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to other staff members.

Salary:
£19,340.00-£20,139.00 per year
