Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Organise meetings and events.
- Prepare reports and documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to other staff members.

Salary:
£19,340.00-£20,139.00 per year
