Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 5pm (Friday finish 4.30pm)
Company Profile:
Seeking an experienced Administrator with previous experience working with Excel and Data to join their team as an Administration Information Officer.
The day-to-day aspect of the job will be updating and maintaining students records and making sure the process of enrolments go smoothly.
Skills Required:
- Experience of using Microsoft Office and excel
- Previously worked in education
- Working independently
- Experience working with data
- Attention to detail
- Experience using ProSolutions
- Good standard of education 5 GCSES Grace C and above
- Experience working in Customer Services or Administration
- Great communication
Responsibilities:
- Ensure enrolment is run smoothly
- Update and maintain student records
- Assisting with apprenticeships
- Ensure records are up to date on the systems
- Data entry
- Answering calls
- Making sure all admin is up to date
- Supporting curriculum teams
- Create and maintain registers
