Job Title:
Customer Service Administrator


Salary:
£10.95 per hour


Location:
St Albans


Contract:
Temp - Perm


Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 5pm (Friday finish 4.30pm)


Company Profile:


Seeking an experienced Administrator with previous experience working with Excel and Data to join their team as an Administration Information Officer.


The day-to-day aspect of the job will be updating and maintaining students records and making sure the process of enrolments go smoothly.


Skills Required:

  • Experience of using Microsoft Office and excel
  • Previously worked in education
  • Working independently
  • Experience working with data
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience using ProSolutions
  • Good standard of education 5 GCSES Grace C and above
  • Experience working in Customer Services or Administration
  • Great communication

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure enrolment is run smoothly
  • Update and maintain student records
  • Assisting with apprenticeships
  • Ensure records are up to date on the systems
  • Data entry
  • Answering calls
  • Making sure all admin is up to date
  • Supporting curriculum teams
  • Create and maintain registers
