Job description
Hours - This role would consist of 10 shifts per calendar month
Night support worker - Children
Freshstart Care Ltd are looking for a committed and passionate individual to expand the team at our Llanelli children's home.
You will act as role model and provide support the children with their needs, behaving in a child centred and non discriminatory manner.
There will be some scheduled duties to be night as well as some basic cleaning tasks.You will supported by a passionate and pro active management team who have extensive experience in the industry.
AWIF or QCF Level 3 children and young people is desirable but not essential.
We are looking for individuals with a positive and pro-active attitude who are keep to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
Experience is beneficial but not essential, we are looking for individuals who live with integrity, are committed to others and want to create a future for themselves within the organisation.
- Enhanced DBs check is required for this role.
- Paid training will also be provided.
