Peace Recruitment is working with one of the busiest volume house builders in Scotland and due to an increased workload, are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor to be based out of head office in Stirling.


Role includes;

  • Take ownership of queries, resolving noncomplex issues yourself and escalating more complex issues to your Head of Customer Service.
  • Liaise between Site Management teams, Customer Care Technicians and external Subcontractors to ensure all remedial works are completed efficiently, in accordance with the NHBC Buildmark Warranty and in line with the company's stated Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintain reasonable timescales for customers for any remediation works and ensure that customers are kept informed throughout any process taking place in their home.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Department.
  • Check invoices and forward for payment.
  • Prepare, collate and provide defect reports.
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested.

Experience, Qualifications and Skills;

  • Experience of working in a demanding and fast paced customer service environment.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise work and take initiative.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written
