Onyx Civils are a rapidly growing company offering a full ground works package as main or principle contractor for civil engineering and ground works projects throughout the South of England.

We run our own plant and machinery and have a team of experienced and qualified individuals.

Previous works include new housing sites, lagoons, pipelines, land clearance, demolition, roads and sewer systems and more.


Job description
We are looking for experienced & skilled groundworkers/supervisors for work in the South West. CSCS Card essential.

Experience working on housing sites essential.

Rate of pay dependent on experience

Current work locations are,

Trowbridge, Salisbury, Bristol & Bath

Salary:
From £16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
15 minute rapid tests available on site. Daily temperature checking. Social distancing practised.


Experience:


  • Housing site Groundworks: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (preferred)
  • CPCS Dumper (preferred)
  • CPCS Excavator (preferred)
  • Streetworks certificate (preferred)
- sssts (preferred)
- smsts (preferred)
- confined spaces (preferred)

  • 1st aid (preferred)
- wiaps (preferred)
- cpcs/npors (preferred)
