EA Recruitment are now searching for a Lettings Manager for our client, a thriving property company based in Prime Central London dealing with mid to high end clients.

As the Lettings Manager you will have total autonomy to build on this already successful department banking in excess of £900k per year.

Managing a Lettings team consisting of two negotiators plus an administrator. You will also be tasked with assistingthe Senior Property Manager in the growth of the property management portfolio.

The role offers a great work life balance with Monday to Friday working and a realistic £80k + on target earnings in year 1.

The role:

Lettings Manager
Managing the lettings department
Overseeing a team of two negotiators and an administrator
Ensuring Lettings compliance is adhered to
Generating new instructions
Assisting in negotiations when required
Building strong working relationships with highnetworth clients
Conducting performance reviews and appraisals for the team
Working closely with the Senior Property Manager to increase the portfolio and efficiency
Training and development of the team
