Clinical Supervisor - Children & Young People
Rape Crisis South London (RASASC) is recruiting clinical supervisors to support frontline support workers and therapists providing support to survivors of sexual violence.
We are looking for qualified counselling supervisors with experience in facilitating group supervision and supporting people who have experienced sexual violence.
Supervision groups will be made up of a 3-4 number of frontline workers/therapists who work between 4 and 40 hours a week.
Successful applicants will be flexible, creative and empathetic. They will be able to effectively manage group dynamics and the boundaries of supervision.
The role will entail between 4 and 20 hours per month of supervision work on a booked and regular basis.
Due to the nature of the work, we require supervisors to have a detailed knowledge of the full range of impacts of sexual violence, as well as of vicarious trauma and burnout in helping professions.
The post is open to female applicants only as the role is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
