Our busy Edinburgh office are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join their team as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator.

A company vehicle will be made available for use. A Full UK driving licence is essential.


ROLE OF THE DEPARTMENT


The role of the department is to identify and secure new valuation opportunities, successfully convert valuations to new business, ensure correct pricing and maximum exposure for clients properties, maintain and manage an active database of buyers, negotiate the best possible offer for each and every client, identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm and to provide an efficient, reliable and professional service at all times.


JOB PURPOSE


A multifaceted estate agency position focused on selling the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers and landlords, finding buyers for the properties we are marketing, maximising business leads for other legal and financial services and management of your own property portfolio updating your clients and negotiating the best deal to suit your clients needs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate viewings
  • Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
  • Register applicants and identify their specific property search requirements
  • Cross sell properties to applicants, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
  • Identify other services that are relevant to the applicants situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine
  • Maximise every opportunity through maintaining a regular dialogue with applicants
  • Keep clients informed of all activity on their property (viewings, noted interests, etc)
  • Assist with property admin including advertising of properties on portals, arranging for sale boards and window card management

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • Educated to Higher level or above
