6179P-FC - LIVE-IN or LIVE-OUT HOUSEKEEPER/COOK

Lovely family returning clients of Nanny&Butler with 3 children aged 3, 7 and 9 are looking for a child-friendly housekeeper/cook.

Responsibilities include - Basic housekeeping duties of cleaning, bed making, etc (note no laundry needed) - Vegetable, fruit, general cooking prep and cooking of nutritious meals (happy for recipes to be followed) - Helping organise household orders such as groceries and staying on top of new items needed and staying on top of fridge maintenance of items out of date - Wardrobe management - Be child friendly and help with childcare 1 day per week nanny is off (see below) The Housekeeper/Cook would work alongside a lovely Nanny who has been with the family for 3+ years and works 4 days per week (5 days when children off school).

Note early start needed due to children going to school but rest assured adequate breaks can be taken

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in private households
  • Must have longevity in previous roles (at least 2 or more years with the same employer)
  • Driving is a bonus
  • Flexibility to travel with family (4-6 weeks a year spread over various holidays) Family normally travels to Europe and USA ( you will be paid for any extra days worked when abroad with the family.

Working Hours:5 days a week - 8am to 7pm (live out, with breaks throughout the day) OR 7am to 7pm (live in, with breaks throughout the day)


Salary Offered:
£650+ net per week
