**Document Administrator
Winchester
£25,000 - £30,000**Wild are proud to be working with a leading business in Segensworth who are looking for a Document Controller to join their growing team. You will be responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of processes through the Estimating, Design, Procurement, andConstruction departments, as well as providing administration support to the Directors.


Role responsibilities include:


  • Ensuring Health & Safety documentation is compliant
  • Maintaining company processes across all departments
  • Providing admin support to managers and directors
  • Distributing design and construction drawings and documentation to the relevant teams, ensuring up to date transmittals and acknowledgement of receipt
  • Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information
  • Working together with internal departments to ensure consistency with documentation and updating when required
  • Attending company meetings, keeping minutes, registering control actionable datasheets and distributing to the relevant teams
  • Assisting in the creation and issuing of document transmittals

Skills required:


  • Experience working in the Built Environment or Construction industry is desirable
  • Previous experience with construction Project Management software, such as 4 Projects, Asite, Procore is highly desirable
  • Confident using Excel including creating data sheets and formulas
  • Proven experience of working in a project led role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organised and able to multitask effectively
  • Confident working under pressure and resilient
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
