    A distinguished private equity firm specialising in the UK real estate sector seeks a highly organised and proactive Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support daily operations.

    This company has a proven track record of deploying millions in equity and managing large assets. The role involves managing office administration, assisting with property-related tasks, and providing executive support to senior leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    Office Management

    • Ensure efficiency and organisation in daily office operations.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, tenants, and service providers.
    • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
    • Maintain and organise digital and physical office records.

    Property Operations Support

    • Maintain and update property, tenant, and key contact databases.
    • Assist in coordinating property purchases, working with legal, finance, and banking professionals.
    • Support development projects by liaising with contractors and industry professionals.
    • Contribute to marketing efforts by designing brochures and presentations for investors.
    • Assist in managing ongoing projects, including acquisitions, financing, and development.

    Executive Support

    • Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including diary management.
    • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
    • Arrange travel and scheduling for senior staff.
    • Support financial administration, including invoicing and expense tracking.
