    Pay: National Minimum Wage + £0.50 per hour (based on age band)

    Lotus Rise Ltd is a CQC-registered supported living service based in Nottingham. We specialise in supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, including autism, behaviours that challenge, and additional mental health needs.

    We are a nurse-led organisation, committed to delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and safety. Our team is values-driven, highly trained, and supported from day one.

    The Role

    We are looking for experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering hands-on care and proactive support in a structured, therapeutic environment.

    Key responsibilities:

    - Supporting individuals with day-to-day tasks (personal care, meal prep, community access)

    - Using Positive Behaviour Support approaches to manage behaviours that challenge

    - Promoting independence, communication, and life skills

    - Documenting care, incidents, and progress accurately

    - Working closely with the Nurse Manager and colleagues to ensure safe, high-quality care

    Requirements

    • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities is essential
    • Resilient, empathetic, and confident in supporting people with complex needs
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Commitment to person-centred support and safeguarding
    • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
    • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential, as this can be provided)
