Overall, Purpose of the Role
You will be the main point of contact for overseeing and delivering All work-Related orders for all clients where applicable.
They will undertake administrative tasks, from point of order through to scheduling and ordering associated equipment & materials right till end of project and prebilling stages.
Key Accountabilities
Placing equipment/ services & labour purchase orders to suppliers and following up with delivery lead times and proof of deliveries.
Obtain supplier quotation and supplier stock availability to support with planning and equipment orders for own ease personally and the team/ PM's when necessary.
Supporting Line management team with project completion process and closing all works for pre invoice checks and billing by Accts teams.
Carry out any other ad-hoc day-to-day admin tasks requested or deemed appropriate supporting Smallworks Team Leader and PM's where required.
Person Specification:
- High level of attention to detail & accuracy
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to complete tasks to clear deadlines.
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and achieve tight deadlines.
- Adaptable/ flexible whilst working in high pressure environment.
