PalmerSport is the leading operator of corporate motorsport events in the UK.

With an extensive and varied fleet of high-performance sports cars and single seater racing cars including Formula 3000s, BMW M4 GTPs, the bespoke Palmer JP-LMs and new for 2023, Ginetta G56 GTAs.

An exciting full time opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Events Co-ordinator to join the PalmerSport team, based at our head office in Southwater, West Sussex.

Other duties will include:

Managing a portfolio of clients providing them with information and guidance prior to their motorsport event.
Liaising with multiple teams across different sites to ensure our event exceeds client expectations
Providing our guests with a firstclass customer service prior to their event
Raising invoices and sending to out to clients
Answering inbound phone calls
General admin tasks such as filing and franking post
Supporting other teams with ad hoc duties

For this role you must have / be:

Educated to at least A-Level or equivalent
Willingness to go the extra mile for clients providing them with the best service possible
Strong Outlook, Word & Excel skills
Impeccable attention to detail

This is a permanent, full time position working 42.5 hours Monday Friday. Your place of work will be the PalmerSport Head Office, located in Southwater, West Sussex RH13 9EZ.

Due to the nature of this role a full UK driving licence will be essential.
