Description

You will be responsible for contractual matters from rate quotation to contract filing to system
You will proactively encourage customers to make full use of the technical and self-service tools the company offers
Keep up to date on the latest development and implementation stages and ensure clients recognise the added value these tech enables will have for their business
Responsible for contract related matters for regular/long term business and where applicable for Reefer/Special Cargo
Provide ad-hoc support and follow-up on/respond to Sales Leads, act as escalation point on service issues that could not be solved by the service team
Care of maintenance and monitoring of existing and about to expire contracts
Support the company's transformation by utilising and promoting the company's ecommerce platform and self-service tools
