Description
Manufacturing Futures are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer for a fast paced manufacture based near Castleford. The successful Multi-Skilled Engineer needs to have an engineering qualification and a good mix of mechanical and electrical skills.You will be required to attend breakdown, work to the PPM schedule and maintain stock level of critical parts.
You will be joining a busy industry leading engineering business who are offering a competitive salary for a day's role.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Thursday 8:30 17:30, 13:30 finish on a Friday
Multi-Skilled Engineer - Role and Responsibilities - Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Maintenance / Servicing / PPM
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained to a high level and that the system delivers the
- Maintaining machinery to planned schedules
- Attending breakdowns to plant and machinery
- Maintaining stock levels (ordering parts/replenishing critical parts)
- Carrying out scheduled machine audits
Multi-Skilled Engineer - Skills and Abilities - Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Maintenance / Servicing / PPM**- A relevant engineering qualification (minimum C&G level 3 / ONC)
- A good mix of electrical and mechanical skills
- Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes and PLC controlled machines
- Experience working to a PPM schedule
