Job Title:
Project Coordinator


  • CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Project Coordinator to join the team located in Heathrow Airport.

Purpose Of The Job

  • To provide a comprehensive and flexible support service to the Head of Projects and Projects team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring CBRE Project policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the Projects team.
  • Effectively support/ manage project teams financial commitments, raising POs, Billing, Cost Plan updates, Debt Recovery and Supply Chain engagement.
  • Ensure the Project PDA & pipeline system is kept up to date as well as producing reports when required.
  • Ownership of the QHSE Projects Audit Schedule, including documentation and communication to stakeholders.
  • Promoting and maintaining the core Values of CBRE Managed Services.
  • Provision of guidance, advice, coaching and support to all other Project Coordinators within the business, where required to deliver best practice.
  • Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, and direct contribution to team meetings, briefings, correspondence, publicity, monthly and adhoc reporting and other publications, as appropriate.
  • Provide a learning environment, and appropriate training and development planning. Ensure basic training needs are delivered, employees are fully competent to undertake their roles, and are able to reach their full future potential whilst updating and managing training matrix.
  • 9Working with the Project Team, ensure completed projects Case Studies are completed for the Projects Aviation Business Unit.

Accountabilities

  • Accountability to the Head of projects.
  • Accountable for day to day management of Projects financial metrics and administration.
  • Accountable for management of all mandatory training of Projects team.

Person Specification

  • A Level education or above

Training

  • Incumbents must be able to demonstrate a career showing continuous personal development.

Experience

  • Experience in administration or similar projects coordinator role (desirable)
  • Delivery of wider facilities management services (desirable)
  • Experience in finance roles (desirable)
  • Experience with Coupa (desirable)
