Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need.

As a Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

This position requires a strong drive to help others and a background in nursing, assisted living, senior care, home care, childcare, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Implement behavior management techniques when necessary

Requirements:

• Experience in care but not essential
• Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients of all ages
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and empathy

Work everyother weekend
