This is an ideal role for someone who has had hands on, technical experience onboarding SaaS customers and providing value during POVs and/or trials for both SME and enterprise customers, as well as enabling them to drive value in the long term.

Requirements:


Who we are looking for:


  • 3+ years in a presales and/or technical implementation role within a B2B software company
  • Essential: Strong experience using SQL for complex queries
  • Desirable: Previous experience in implementation at a data product company e.g. Tableau, Snowflake, FiveTran
  • Interested in data, AI, machine learning and Cloud software models
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
  • A good eye for detail you will be working on complex datasets so it's important that you can plan your work effectively and drill into the details
  • Be a role model for collaboration, leadership and results within our business

What you will do:


  • Run presales projects and personalised platform implementations
  • Design onboarding and enablement processes for Hook
  • Scope customer requirements, create and deliver implementation plans in a fastpaced environment (we have 28 day implementation timelines)
  • Be a trusted advisor for our customers, both incoming and existing, by managing the relationships and providing support within your team
  • Become a Hook expert really understand our value proposition, the full product offering and features that will most benefit our customers
  • Guide customers on the quickest path to value e.g. forecasting their renewals, managing their team's time, automating actions
  • Work closely with our engineering team to dissect customer datasets, identify potential problems and propose solutions for delivery within the preonboarding phase
  • Gather feedback from customers, feeding this back and consolidating this with our product team so that we can plan what to build next
  • Prioritise and break down customer requests so that we are focused on the most important, valueadd items that align closely with our product vision
