Your day-to-day responsibilities include:


  • You act as the main day to day point of contact for which initially will be WorldPay with more customers to follow in relation to TAAS,PPAS & Open cell.
  • You attend weekly conference calls and meetings on your own or with the Account Manager and customer where required.
  • You provide proactive communication to customers in a timely manner, setting and managing expectations and following through actions to completion.
  • You lead and coordinate the setup of new hardware, data changes and customers' requests to change default data on Gems/TMS.
  • You manage the processing of customer purchase orders, ensuring that appropriate timescales are adhered to, and customer expectations are met.
  • You work closely with the Procurement team to ensure stock levels are maintained as required by the customer.
  • You review and complete the monthly billing and monthly MI for TAAS, PPAS & Open cell.
  • You document and maintain the new processes for TAAS, PPAS & Open cell.
  • You work closely with other departments to ensure that SLAs are met.
  • You work closely with the Account Manger to assist in ensuring the teams committed revenue numbers are achieved
  • You may be asked to complete other tasks that may be reasonably requested.
  • You may be asked to deputise for the line Manager as and when required.

Skills we can't do without:


  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer facing experience beneficial.
  • Ability to work on own with limited supervision.
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • High level of selfmotivation, enthusiasm, and initiative

Skills we'd like:


  • You have previous experience in a similar role
  • You have SAP experience
  • You have Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft office packages
