Description
Our client is looking for an proactive fabrication estimator to work within their product identification and pricing department.

Responsible for responding to technical and non-technical sales enquires, producing accurate and competitive quotes alongside sourcing solutions to meet customers needs, you will need to be technically minded whilst also having a firm commercial grip on the financial aspect of the role.


Key responsibilities:

  • Creating accurate and competitive sales quotations to best suit the customer needs in terms of technical specification, quality, price, and delivery.
  • Providing presales technical expertise and product education to customers.
  • Sourcing and collating information for parts from suppliers.
  • Managing a fastmoving workload with professionalism.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long term supplier relationships.
  • Using excellent communication skills to deal with demanding customers in an effective manner.
  • Ensuring all solutions are cost effective for the customer and the business to secure profitable orders.
  • Maintaining the product database.
