Non-fixed commitments The non-fixed commitments include: To join the team of consultant anaesthetists who provide anaesthesia at RNOH To provide pre and post operative care To participate in the teaching of trainee anaesthetists To participate in postgraduate academic meetings of the anaesthetic department and departmental audit To attend consultant administrative departmental meetings To undertake audit of personal practice To improve service delivery and participate with clinical governance in line with local and national guidelines To undertake research
