The Company
Rodericks Dental Partners are on a journey to become the leading dental services provider in the UK. That goal can't be achieved without the knowledge and guidance of our expert support teams.

As two groups have recently joined we are delighted to be recruiting for an Overseas Recruiter.

The Role

To manage the endtoend recruitment process for Overseas Qualified Dentists looking to work in England and Wales
To work alongside Recruitment Business partners and Business Developments Managers to identify potential practices and in practice Mentors in order to support overseas qualified Dentists.
To create attraction strategies for your demographic area understanding the practices needs whilst identifying Mentor opportunities.
Occasional travel within Europe to represent Roderick's Dental Partners and present on Career opportunities within the group alongside attending recruitment events.
Managing internal stakeholder relationships, confidently working alongside our Operations and Clinical team enhancing our overseas graduate programme
Providing relevant reporting to management utilising internal tools such as PowerBI

What we are looking for

Demonstrable related successful Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience inhouse or an agency environment
Demonstrated success in delivering recruitment in a complex multisite business environment
Proven experience in effectively communicating and collaborating with a diverse range of people and job functions
Ability to understand and articulate with complete clarity; hiring manager's requirements
Experience in project management and designing effective hiring processes to meet changing business needs;
Strong account management/stakeholder management, interpersonal, organisational, written, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability and experience of driving a social media strategy to increase volumes of direct hires
Knowledge of Right to work / Sponsorship processes (desirable)
Overseas Recruitment attraction experience (desirable)
