About the role:

We're looking for passionate and proactive people to join our SAP trainee team.

This is your chance to join a dedicated scheme to guide you through IT, ERP/SAP technologies and huge transformation programmes.

We'll be running assessment centres in Manchester on Wednesday 29th May 2024 and will be reaching out to people before then find out more about you


Your responsibilities:


  • Design solutions and technologies that support the Reckitt business and play a key role in driving consistencies and efficiencies at scale.
  • You'll be helping towards making our business faster, smarter, simpler
  • Be an agent of change, helping drive and support the business through the art of the possible into the future of business operations.
  • Work alongside process experts, senior stakeholders in local regions globally, business leads and operational teams, giving you company exposure and experience that will help you to become a recognised expert in the business.
  • Get involved in new technologies such as S/4 HANA and AI.
  • Bring fresh, forwardthinking ideas to the table.
  • Travel internationally to work side by side with some of our 40,000+ employees across the globe.
  • Be using Modern Analytics (SAC
  • SAP Analytics Cloud), BW etc
  • Engagements with our key strategic partners within SAP & IBM, giving you direct vendor experience from an early stage.
  • Rotate through functional areas to gain wider understanding of business and build your internal relationships and reputation.

The experience we're looking for:

  • Acute analytical skills, adept at problemsolving and engaging with complex data and situations. Ultimately turning information into decisions.
  • Teamwork and project management experience, working within or leading a team towards a common goal.
  • Strong communication, eagerness to collaborate and contribute.
  • Naturally curious, proactive, and always keen to expand your knowledge on technology and business.

Ideally:


  • Some experience with working internationally, whether that's with international colleagues, peers, students, friends or family. (communication is key for us, so being flexible in your ability to communicate internationally is a big part of this role)
  • Knowledge of IT or IT technologies.
