Customer Service Representative:
Are you looking to excel within the customer service industry?
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Assist customers with account inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role within hospitality or retail is a bonus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM system is a plus
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
