Description
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic Senior Care Worker to our small team.

You will be required to lead, develop and help co-ordinate our staff.

We aim to provide the highest levels of care, dignity and respect to all our clients.


Duties will include:


  • Delivering care to the highest standard and with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Mentoring employees throughout their employment and offering support/advice/guidence in a supportive and encouraging manner.
  • Oncall cover on a rotational basis
  • Reporting any issues to the senior staff team
  • Carry out duties assigned by your senior staff
  • Attend induction inhouse training and staff meetings
  • Managing and supporting workers so that they can preform their roles safely and to the best of their ability when delivering care

Required for this role:


  • Full UK driving license
  • SVQ3 or willing to work towards this
  • Live in inverness area or be able to commute
  • Previous experience of 1 year minimum

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£12.00-£12.50 per hour
