Accountabilities of the National Residential Sales Support Coordinator:

  • Ensure all customer orders are placed and managed in line with company standards and procedures.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, including dealing with queries they may have.
  • Ensure Direct Delivery services is used and rules and regulations are adhered to.
  • Ensure all verbal orders and placed, with details being correct as per the customers' request.
  • Meeting the highest level of Customer Service at all times.
  • Ensure all targets set as a team and an individual are met at all times.
  • Ensure that the Special Orders Policy is fully understood and adhered to.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are handled in line with polices and guidelines.
  • Develop a clear and detailed understanding of all company products and services.
  • Ensuring all checking, authorisation and verification procedures are adhered to and any deviation is reported to the line manager.
  • Safeguarding the security of all customer details and ensure paperwork or systems prints aren't removed from the site.
  • Experience in Processing Sales Orders.
  • The ability to deliver a high level of customer service when dealing with complaint handling.
  • To be a team player and have the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong customer commitment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
